Partner Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Hifunnel Partner Program(the "Program"). By registering and participating in this Program, you ("Partner") agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set forth below.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under Vietnamese law.
  • You must register using accurate, truthful personal or business information.
  • Each individual or entity may only register one (01) Partner account.

2. Commission Structure

  • First Purchase Commission: From 30% to 50% - Partners earn high commissions on the initial subscription payment of a new customer.
  • Renewal Commission: From 5% to 10% Lifetime - Partners continue to earn commissions on every renewal payment made by that customer for as long as they maintain an active account.
  • Partner Tiers: Renewal commission rates increase based on your Quarterly Revenue:
    • Starter: 0 - 50,000,000 VND → 5% Renewal
    • Pro: 50,000,000 - 100,000,000 VND → 7% Renewal
    • Champion: 100,000,000 - 200,000,000 VND → 8% Renewal
    • Legendary: Over 200,000,000 VND → 10% Renewal
  • Attribution Model: Last-Click Attribution - The affiliate link that a customer clicks last before completing registration will be credited the commission.
  • Cookie Duration: 30 days - If a customer clicks your link and registers within 30 days, the commission will be credited to you.
  • Commissions only apply to transactions from new customers. Accounts that have previously registered with Hifunnel are not eligible.

3. Payment Terms

  • Hold Period: 30 days from the date of a successful transaction. Hifunnel applies this policy to handle customer refund requests and chargebacks. Commissions are only released after the hold period expires.
  • Payment Cycle: The 15th of each month for all commissions that have cleared the hold period.
  • Minimum Payout Threshold: 500,000 VND. If the balance does not reach the threshold, commissions will roll over to the next payment cycle.
  • Payment Method: Domestic bank transfer (Vietnam). Partners are responsible for providing accurate bank account details and bear any applicable transfer fees.
  • Taxes: Partners are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on income earned from this Program in accordance with Vietnamese law.
  • If a referred customer cancels their subscription or receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be subject to a Clawback and deducted from the Partner's balance.

4. Prohibited Activities

Violation of any of the following will result in immediate termination of Partner status and forfeiture of all accrued commissions.

  • Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to register a Hifunnel account for yourself, family members, or your own company in order to fraudulently earn commissions or obtain a discount.
  • Brand Impersonation:You may not create Facebook Pages, Groups, YouTube channels, websites, or any other media channels with names containing "Hifunnel" in a way that could be confused with official Hifunnel channels.
  • Spam & Misinformation:You may not use email spam, mass messaging, or make false promises or misleading claims about Hifunnel's features, pricing, or results to attract customers.
  • Cookie Fraud & Attribution Manipulation: Any technical manipulation of the tracking system, cookie stuffing, or generation of fake traffic is strictly prohibited.
  • Duplicate Accounts: Each Partner may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to multiply commissions is prohibited.

5. Partner Rights & Obligations

  • Partners may use official Hifunnel-provided marketing materials (banners, logos, product descriptions) solely within the scope of this Program.
  • When publishing promotional content containing affiliate links, Partners must comply with disclosure requirements per FTC guidelines and Vietnamese advertising regulations. For example: clearly stating "#sponsored" or "This is a referral link - I may earn a commission."
  • Partners may not make commitments regarding commission rates or partnership terms on behalf of Hifunnel to any third party.

6. Hifunnel's Rights

  • Hifunnel reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payment conditions of the Program with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Hifunnel reserves the right to unilaterally terminate Partner status and/or reclaim commissions upon detection of fraud, terms violations, or actions that damage the brand's reputation.
  • Hifunnel conducts periodic audits to detect unusual activity. Hifunnel's audit findings are final in all commission-related disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hifunnel does not guarantee any specific income level from participation in the Program. Results depend entirely on the Partner's promotional efforts and content quality. Hifunnel is not liable for any indirect damages, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities arising from participation in this Program.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
